ProFloors Wholesale – Return & Refund Policy

At ProFloors Wholesale, we are committed to providing quality products and a straightforward return process. Please review the policy below carefully before placing your order.

Return Eligibility
  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of product pickup or delivery.
  • All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • Products must be returned in original, unopened, sealed packaging and in resalable condition.
  • Material must be returned in the same condition as originally received.
No returns will be accepted after 30 days.
Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:
  • Transitions and accessories, including but not limited to:
    • End caps, reducers, T-molds, quarter round, stair nose, trims, etc.
  • Special order or made-to-order materials
  • Installed products
    • All materials must be inspected for color, quality, and quantity prior to installation.
  • Closeout or discontinued items
    • No warranties apply to closeout products
  • Tile products (due to dye lot variation and potential breakage)
  •  Opened, damaged, wet, or non-resalable materials

Return Process
  • Request an RMA Return Merchandise Authorization
    • Contact ProFloors Wholesale to obtain approval and return instructions.
  • Return Location
    • Materials must be returned to a designated ProFloors Wholesale location or warehouse.
    • Materials may not be returned to vendor will-call locations.
  • Shipping Responsibility
    • Customer is responsible for all return transportation and shipping costs.
    • If needed, our logistics team can assist in arranging return freight at the customer’s expense.
  • Inspection & Refund
    • Once materials are received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed promptly.
    • Refunds apply to material cost only and do not include delivery or freight charges.
Important Notes
  • Returns that do not meet the above criteria will be refused.
  • ProFloors Wholesale reserves the right to deny any return that does not comply with this policy.
  • This policy applies to all wholesale transactions unless otherwise stated in writing.
