• Written quotes are valid for ADD IN TIME ALLOTMENT from the date issued, unless otherwise stated in writing.
• After the expiration period, pricing may be revised to reflect current market conditions.
• Verbal quotes are non-binding until confirmed in writing.

Due to fluctuations in raw materials, freight costs, import tariffs, fuel surcharges, and manufacturer price increases, prices may change at any time prior to order confirmation and payment processing.

Pricing is only guaranteed once:

• The order has been confirmed in writing.
• Product availability has been verified.

Freight, fuel surcharges, pallet fees, storage fees, and other applicable charges are not included unless specifically stated in writing. These costs may vary and are subject to adjustment.

All prices are exclusive of applicable federal, state, and local taxes unless otherwise stated. The purchaser is responsible for all applicable taxes.
